Order Processing

·        Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

·        Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

·        During holidays or peak shopping seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

United States

·        Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after your order has been processed.

International Shipping

·        Delivery times generally range from 7–21 business days, depending on your destination and local customs processing.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Shipping Delays

While we work with trusted shipping carriers, unexpected weather, holidays, customs inspections, or carrier delays may affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience in these situations.

Returns

We want you to love your purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

·        Items must be unused and in their original condition.

·        Items must be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.

·        Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

·        Photos of the item

·        Photos of the packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds are typically issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
